  3. Courier
We ship our product to your doorhouse using Pos Laju (courier service). Any single item bought by you had unique tracking code. You can track your item via Post Laju website [here] using the given tracking code. Any local custom duties and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Lost of any item due shipping is not a part of our control.
  4. Production & Delivery Schedule
Upon confirmation of successful photo book upload and payment, we shall complete your order within 5-7 business days. Shipping via Post Laju (courier service) will take additional 2 to 3 business days, depending on location. For international delivery, will take 3-7 business day. Although we make every intention of meeting all posted turnaround schedules, our standard production turnaround is intended as an estimate and not a guarantee. The production and delivery turnaround times may differ during peak and promotional periods.
  5. Return Policy
Kenika Pasific Sdn. Bhd. is proud of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of our products, and provides 100% Satisfaction Guarantee* against any manufacturing defects. To file a complaint, all defective products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion we will decide to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. June Media Sdn Bhd is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors, poor image quality derived from low-resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your books carefully before placing your order. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the Preview. We do not proofread for, or correct, any such customer generated mistakes.
